What are your delivery times?
Doorstep delivery typically takes 1-3 business days within Ghana. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day. The rider will tell you the delivery fee at hand-off based on your location. Store pickup from our Accra location is usually ready within 24 hours and is free.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within Ghana only. Many of our products are imported from China, so we handle all international logistics on our end. You simply order and receive.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) and credit/debit cards through our secure Moolre payment gateway.
